do u think this would be useful during a bulking phase. i have read of weight loss with this product. also should this be fine with a creatine product like gaspari's sizeon

I used X factor. Was les than impressed. I was however dieting for a contest, so don't know what it would be like bulking. Follow directions, no EFA's, etc.

bb1 from your log you made it seem that you were very impressed with x factor. would you advise against using this supplement?

Maybe for bulking.....not too effective for cutting for a contest. I was contest dieting when I used it.
