Well, I'm hoping this site and ft gives me the motivation and direction I need to get myself in better health.

I am one of those who have a 'ton' of stuff at home to include a brand new Weider Max Cross Bow that hasn't been used but maybe an hour! And to no avail, here I am at my heaviest at 200 pounds and hating myself. And the dumb thing is, when I was 140, I thought I was fat! :surprised:

So here I am surfing and in desperate need of someone to give me guidance to use all the 'stuff' at home and found ft.

I welcome any input or suggestions. I have at home several TaeBoe tapes, but I'm not in shape for those yet. I have one series of pilates, but feel I'm too fat to even start those. I have the Beach Body 90 day home boot camp, but found out I'm not in good enough shape to do that program as I injurued myself doing it two years ago. AND I have the Walk Away the Pounds, oh and recently the Core Secrets.

Gee, you one would think I could open up a neighborhood gym! Well, the goal is to make it MY gym.

I started the Walk tapes last weekend and this morning walked 2 miles and still feel the burn in my butt

But I would so much like to incorporate at least the Core Secrets, the Walking and the Cross Bow into a routine but find myself at a loss as to how to get started - mostly because I don't want to 'over do' it.

So in the long of it, I need to lose inches, LOTS of inches. I have FAT everywhere and so need some suggestions and support. I'm a stress eater and Lord knows I've had plenty of stress and have to stop using it as a reason to be fat.

I thank you in advance for any input and support.

Have a good day,
Wendy

Welcome to ft. I'm new as well and from what I've read, the main thing is, EAT RIGHT. I've been eating better foods this week and just feel better. I never feel stuffed. I used to eat so much, I'd feel bloated and my nose would always get stuffy to where I couldn't breathe. Anyways, I wish I had the equipment you do. If you're like me, I simply want to eat healthy, and excercise. With your equipment, it's best to start light and at a low rep. Teach your body new ways of being heatlhy and you'll benefit more in the end.

Good Luck
