That`s impressive …
And I`m complaining that regular pull-ups are hard…

One of my goals for 2006 is to be able to do a clean 1 arm chin.

Shoot man I'd be happy to be able to bust out a bunch of wide grip chins. For some reason, a lot of guys can't do pullups worth crap around here. I can do maybe 3 or 4 with the really wide grip, and most guys at my school can't. I don't understand, cuz I know some guys that do em wide grip with plates hangin off their waist. I guess there's just too many high schoolers waistin their time doin bench press and curl burnouts every day.

Steve, it would kill you...seein what all the wrestlers around here do. It's pathetic. They all get in there and take up space mostly. But the ones that workout, all I ever see them do is curl burnouts and other isolation moves. Never do they do lifts requiring some power like squats, or any kind of olympic movement. Most of them don't even work on their grip. Guess that explains why wrestling in the South is pathetic.

Eh. I was fortunate in that the high school I went to was one of the better teams in the state. The lifting was subpar, but the program was sound.
Everytime I see workouts like that, a part of me dies.
