I'm a 31 year old 5'8 male working on losing weight and gaining muscle. I'm currently on my 4th week of the 8 week program. I started the program at 194 and now weigh 185. I feel stronger and have noticed some exciting changes in my body. I've been sticking to all of the recomendations to include nutrition. It's easy to get modivated to go to the gym since I am currently deployed to the middle east and there isn't much else to do. I plan on staying commited to exercise/nutrition after I return home in April. Thank you Free Trainers, your website is awsome.
