I have tried to fill out my profile numerous times, and for some reason, the information I enter will not save and show up.

Any help??

I'm having troubles as well. Can't seem to download my photos.

Anyone know how to change your profile name? I'd like to come up with something a little more cleaver than my login.

Are you sure your hitting the continue button under your profile info once you've completed all the info? Just checking.

Ok, this may be the problem. It shows you with a profile but null. When this is the case it is usually because you got logged out before you actually hit the "go" button. Try this, input your personal info, copy it, then hit the go button. If it comes up null, your taking to long and getting logged out. That's where copying it helps. Log back in, paste it, then hit go, should work. If you take too long with a post or any info where the screen lies dormant for too long you get logged out. I found since being updated to a professional member, this is not a problem because the site saves your cookies and ID you were last logged in under and in turn saves your info. Just a glitch in the system that hasn't been worked out yet. I'll email this to George and Adrian and see if maybe adding this feature to free members is possible to remedy the situation. Good luck!

I am having the same issues. I make changes, hit go and it comes back to the same page. I try leaving that page and coming back and the changes are erased and the profile areas just say "null". I then have trouble finding how to get back to make changes again. Can you only do this the first time you log in?
