I did my first workout lastnight - when I did the ab twist with a bar across my shoulders I didn't really feel it 'working'. I was wondering if this exercise on my Cross Bow would be just as effective???

Sit sideways on bench. Grasp handle on that side with both hands. Holding handle at waist level, rotate torso away from tower, keeping hands in front of chest. Repeat other side.
