Losing weight ?

Where or how can I expect to see the weight shedding?

What areas should I see it first disappearing in? My face, thighs, butt, etc???

I haven't seem to drop pounds and am not sure if I'm slimming anywhere either.

I walked 3 miles this morning and two after my workout lastnight.

Hi Wendy, it sounds like we may be dealing with the same roadblock. "We want to much to fast." Weightloss is different for everybody. Your body will decide where it will slim down first. Try not to concentrate on looking for results. It will happen if you follow all the rules. It will be hard, it may take a while to see anything, but if you can let go of the need to see results right away, you will succeed. If you can throw your scale out and measure yourself just once a month, do it. I just started week 4 in my 8 week program and even though I lost inches on my upper body only, I gained 2 lbs. I know that could be because muscle weighs more than fat, but I also found out that my diet wasn't as good as I thought it was. Fatloss mostly comes from your diet. I have to track my food every day now. Hope this helps:) Good Luck!
