Help me, i notice i putting wrong information which i dont have things to work out with like lift weights because which i print out for daily basics and i notice it needs lift weights which i dont have..i just want do anything like running, walk, sits up, push up something like that please help me out....
Any type of exercise is better than none.Why not start a walking program? get out there and walk briskly,try and aim for 20 mins to start..doesnt matter how far you go for the first few times,,it will increase as you get more stamina
THe FT site has a program that you can use even if you dont have weights..and you can go back and change your fitness plan so that you will get exercises for people at home,that dont have machines or weights
