OK this is my first post so if this has already been ask then forgive me, a little info I have been working out at home for about 5 months now and am seeing results but the problem I'm having is I think I have been over working myself and the longer I work out the more I add to it and I seem to be getting burnt out so here I am trying to learn, but the problem is I don't have a clue when I read some of these exercise names what exactly they are talking about are they a link that explains with pics what the exercises are and the correct way to do them? for example dips behind back or chins between chairs or can curls I know it probably sounds dumb but I have no clue what these mean and these aren't the only ones so any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks Paul

Click on that and you'll see Exercise/Fitness Resources. Go in there and you'll find graphics for virtually anything you might want to see. If you have specific questions, feel free to post.
