I'm no beginner, yet at the same time I'm just starting out. I've been working out on and off my whole life, because I've always been overweight. I know all about how to lose weight. You know what they say; no one knows how to lose weight better than a fat person. My problem is motivation. I fall off the wagon, and can't seem to get back on, so any small amount of weight I lost is gained back. I'm hoping I can get the motivation I need to stick to it here at free trainers.
A little background:
I'm young, just turned 18. Senior in high school, moving on to college very soon.
One question I have. I was setting up my nutrition plan and it asked whether I have a fast or slow metabolism. How do I know? I'd say it's slow because, well, I'm fat. But when I do work hard at losing weight, I lose it fast. I lost about 20 pounds in one month on my last workout spree-- I think that's pretty good.
What do you think?

Ah, forgot to mention. I'm starting now on my 18th birthday for a couple of reasons. One, because I have high blood pressure, and I want to get off of the medicine. Two, I've been overweight all my life, I want to feel what it's like to have a normal, in shape body.
