I have heard a lot about CytoSport - Muscle Milk, I am looking to burn some fat and build muscle. I have an athletic build, but I am looking to increase my muscle mass. Any suggestions about this product. Does it really work?

I usually don't do this, but I say do a search. There is a Muscle Milk post dam near every week.

Wow, I agree. I never see bb1 say do a search. I'll try and read between the lines. Save your money, eat right, workout hard and get plenty of rest. You can't really burn fat gain muscle at the same time. Maybe a little in the beginning, but that's about it. If you want to gain mass, your going to put on a little fat in the process. Last but not least, don't look to a product to help you gain, just isn't that easy. If you eat right, workout hard, and get plenty of rest, you'll see nice gains, especially if your just starting out.

Well, I searched and now I am more confused than ever. I only am interested in some sort of supplement because like most people, it is hard for me to get in two meals a day, much less five or six. I am open to any suggestions.

Plain and simple dude, you need to eat 5-7 smaller meals a day. With that being said, look at it like this, breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, evening or bedtime, that's 6, if you add a PWO shake to it, you got 7. It's not as hard as you think, it just takes some getting used to. Trust me, you can do it.
