I did the workup on my calorie intake. It told me that I need 180g of Protein, 360 Carbs, 29g of fat and Daily Intake is 2398 CAls with 126 oz of water. My Question is the following. Do I have to start walking around with a scale to measure each meal and a calculator to make sure i didn't go overboard? over 2000 cal a day - I am trying to loose weight --not gain - shouldn't less be better???

Well not neccessarily. You can just keep a daily log of your caloric intake and estimate the amount of calories in each meal. Just make sure that you record your calories after each meal.
