Just recd my first Creatine Ethyl Ester and have just a few questions. I searched the forums but got alot of different info. My directions state to take 2g CEE pre work out and 2 g post. Do I take anymore on a work-out day? How much and when on non work-out days?
Also, my power was a little clumped when I recd it. Is that normal?

No to the empty stomach. Simple sugars and salt help absorption.
I like pre workout, just because creatine levels in blood take a while to peak.

on non workout days take it in the morning when you wake up

We are talking CEE here, are we not? This is normally a twice per day item, a dose of 3 gr. pre and 3 post or later in the day.
You should not need the simple sugars for uptake of it.

Ester is much more easily absorbed by the body.

So let me make sure I am correct. On working days, 1 serving pre and 1 serving post workout and on days off, 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving late in the day?
Also, I work out at night and took my first doses of CEE last night. Does it effect your sleep at all? I seemed to toss and turn (even with ZMA) all night.

hmmm, zma is one of the few things that does help me sleep (even if only for a short while.)
