hi guys. if i want to consume approximately 90 grams of carbs, which source is considered to be the best and easy to prepare and most important of all, taste nice? i am really sick of taking oatmeals, rice, noodles, and stuffs. anybody got any suggestions.

look into the old articles/tips.. there was one that I remember that had a list of good sources for protein as well as carbs for both gaining and losing goals.

Potatoes are one of my favorite foods. Sweet potatoes - yum, yum. They are great sources of carbs. Remember to eat the skin!

I also eat air-popped popcorn with that calorie-free butter spray. Low glycemic carbs, great healthy snack.

potato, sweet potato, yam, squash, pumpkin, brown rice, wild rice, pasta, oatmeal, barley, beans, corn, strawberries, melon, apple, orange, FF yogurt, whole wheat bread

Do you like pasta? If not try protein bars, fruits, drinks(Powerade), etc.
