Weight Crunches

When i fill out the plan and i do the amount or reps im am not sure what they mean by weight for crunches. you dont use weight for crunches. and if you put in 0 for the weight it does not update my plan.... does anybody know what i am doing wrong

Weight on crunches refers to holding a weight plate on you chest for instance when you do the crunch. Hope this helps, welcome to FT!!!

Another thing to touch for you is, simply doing crunches alone will only burn calories, adding the weight will build muscle. Which in time can develop a six-pack if your determined enough.
