I'm 5'8", ~125 pounds, and I believe I have a fairly strong metabolism. Visually, I'm pretty skinny except for my stomach, which annoys me to no end.

As of right now, I'm doing HIIT 3x a week, weight lifting 2x a week, and specific muscle exercises (crunches and whatnot) 1-2 days a week. I can outline what I ate today as an example, hopefully you guys can give me some pointers.

Morning:
8:15 AM 2x Pikefish. (16g protein, 2g carbs, ~150 calories total). To drink, I had Green Tea, which had a fair amount of sugar in it.

12:50 PM: Subway sandwich with turkey, beef, lettuce, tomato, and cheese on simple white bread (Healthiest thing at school).

3:45 PM: An egg, whole, hardboiled, and cottage cheese.

7:00 PM: Some green tea, another egg.

I'm essentially a slave to whatever food is in the vicinity, so my choices are fairly limited. I definitively need to burn this fat off within 3 months, but after all my research I haven't been able to find consistent advice on a diet plan for my situation.

If anyone can help, I would GREATLY appreciate it.

No offense friend but your not looking hard enough. Besides, you don't even mention how much weight your looking to lose. It can't be much at 5'8" and 125lbs. I can tell you for sure your not eating enough. Go visit the specific diet and nutrition forum and start doing some research there. Read and try to eat from the "grocery list for healthy eating", also read "diet thread", lengthy but very educational. Do a search here on maintenance calories maybe. Learn how to get yourself to that point and go from there. You definitly need to up your intake though. Good luck.
