I have what is normally called pigeon chest. Don't know what the doctors would refer to it as, but was told there are no health issues involved and it was probably inherited from a family member way down the chain. I will try to describe it for you. My rib cage on the right curves around my torso like a normal rib cage should. On my left it angles, straight out, then straight back. My sternum and the ribs up front protrude forward and when i suck in my stomach you can really see how V shaped my chest looks. I was wondering if anybody knows more info on this such problem as I am beggining to think that it is going to take some extra work on my chest exercises to hide it. I'd try to upload a picture but whenever I do, it says that FreeTrainers.com is updating, click here to refresh. After minutes of waiting i clcik to refresh and it brings me back to homepage and makes me log in all over with no uploaded pics.

Hi Fire
One of my sons has pigeon chest, you cant really hide it,but you can work on your chest muscles to build the surrounding area so it doesnt look so noticable.

Do you know if there are any health issues involved with it? I suppose probably not being that I'm 25 years old and have had no problems with it so far?
