Hey, I am trying to lose alittle more weight(maybe 10-15 more, I'm 18 5'10" 170lbs) and anyway, I dont know what to pack for lunch, I would like to pack something that quick and easy and that I can make the night before like a turkey sandwich, but I dont know what else to pack with it. Any ideals please

You could cut up some vegetables to take with it. Some carrots, celery, brocolli, etc. would probably be a safe bet. Check on the grocery list for healthy eating post in this forum and try to pick something from there to add to your lunch. I personally eat a lot of lunchmeat sandwiches throughout the week, they are usually high in sodium and nitrates, but I figure I could be eating worse and at least I can get a good chunk of protein from a big sandwich. I usually leave out the cheese though, and use whole grain bread.
