Squat cage.
-------------- Iron and chalk.
Pain is only temporary, it is in your mind. If you can still walk, then you can still run.

How come I knew you would say that wrestler? Cable crunches to isolate.

hmmmm. I've never had any problem with abdominal development with myself or my clients. Most people are looking for a great abdominal developer that will burn fat off their abs. Squats burn fat.
Take a guy that squats 275*5, will prob be able to cable crunch 150 max.
Work = force * distance.
Squat = 275lbs*2.2(Conversion to kilos)*9.8(gravitational constant) * 1 meter ROM * 5 repetitions.
Crunch = 150/2(cable)*2.2*9.8*.3meters.
Squat = 29645 newton meters (joules)
Crunch = 485.1 joules.
I wonder what burns more calories.

How come your on the defensive? There's no need to explain yourself. You have your methods, I have mine. Leave it at that.
