I was given my schedule of what to do with my program and on some of the exercises, it gives me an exercise that is performed on one side at a time. Do I do both sides in my workout and how would I list it in the chart that it gives me?
yes do both sides - you have to do the same number with the same amount wieght then list the # of reps & then the amount of wieght used so if you use a 5lb dumbbell you list 5
