Hey, i got a 6 pack, sorta, but i still dont look that great at the moment, even if i had a great 6 pack, i still wouldnt look all that.

Its mostly to do with my skinny arms and lack of muscle, i look kinda lanky beings i'm 6ft, one of the tallest in my year :(

I'm 14 (nearly 15) and want too look good, but my press ups and dumbells arnt realy working for me, i know i will bulk out when i'm older but i want lots of muscle now :surprised:.

I can't go to the gym, mostly because its too far and i cant get a lift and also because i am treeted as a child in the gym.

Without the use of sterroids(sp?), can anyboddy sugest exersise teqniques and/or specal food/drinks i can take to inhance my mucle mass aided by the use of exersize.

Look here on forum...go down to bottom and do a search....arms are discussed ALL the time.

Either way you gonna have to eat, and workout. Every 1in gained on your arms, you'll need to gain about 10lbs.So you'll have to train more than just arms. Thats all i'm gonna say on this subject matter
