Hello everyone! It is with pleasure that I join this community, I live in Portugal and I had been looking for so much time for a website like this, with workout plans, and really excellent guides. I can't say I am really a newbie because I have hit the gym quite a bit in my past specially when I was living in U.S (Highschool exchange program) and was really into weights...I think I have a good type of body that builds muscles quickly, and I think I have a good muscle structure all around...my problem is that I think I have some extra fat due to my latest sedentary type of live (i used to surf a lot but now with college and work it is hard...) and my waist is probably bigget than I wanted to...
So my question are
-what can I do to narrow my waist and trimm down my body for a lean cutting body...
- is the jumping rope a good cardio exercise ?
-in the diet plan matter which kind of foods would be better ? are there any plans delineated already in this website because i looked for them but didn't find any...
-also I just joined martial arts, specifically KUNG FU and it looked pretty demanding in using your muscles!
-for last, my info is I am right about turning to 20 years old, 182 cm (6 foot) and 74 kilograms (somewhat around 165/170)
