i need some tips plz

im 17, 6ft 2in tall, weigh 165lbs. i do pushups,flat bench presses, incline,dumbel curls. i was wondering if anyone can give me tips on how to make my shoulders and chest get into shape and big. i have been weightlifting for 4 years on and off, and im at a point with my body where i cant seem to get any farther with shape or strength. any tips are apreciated.

You listed no shoulder work like barbell shoulder presses, no squats, no back work at all

You wanting to get bigger? or get more"cut"?

Can't do both...and both results come from proper diet!

is it possible to get bigger first and then later on maybe get better cut?

Your gonna have to excercise everything....You can only "spot gain" so much before your body stops adding mass to that area.


This includes legs,back, tris, bi, chest, traps, delts.

Every muscle has a opposite/antagonist if one is bigger, then it throws everything out of wack.Besides you'll just look stupid

This would be like putting big truck tires....on a go cart...might run for a lil bit, but not longthey will burn the motorand trany out tring to drive those big tires.

ok so how would i go about getting a better training program?...i only got free weights.

also i can only bench 115;one arm curl 45lbs;10lbs on one arm shoulder workouts.
