I am looking for nutrition tips to help me along my way. During training what is the best nutrition plan? I have read that upto an hour after training you should get protein and carbs inside of you, what are the best food sources for these? Is there any recipes I can follow? I have been in training now for one month and would like to tone up and improve muscle mass. Does anybody have any good Nutrition programmes?
