Hi...I'm new here so a big HEELLLOOOO to u all!!

I am looking for nutrition tips to help me along my way. During training what is the best nutrition plan? I have read that upto an hour after training you should get protein and carbs inside of you, what are the best food sources for these? Is there any recipes I can follow? I have been in training now for one month and would like to tone up and improve muscle mass. Does anybody have any good Nutrition programmes?

Welcome to ft! Have you signed up for one of the programs yet? If not, you should because there are nutritional tips that are provided for your chosen program. Also, please fill out your profile, and provide us with your current exercise regimen and goals so that we can answer your questions better in the future.
