Its good to be here. I have been working out for a while and have plateaued over the past few years. I'm trying something new, hopefully it will be productive.... Any adivce in this area (plateau breaking) is greatly appreciated!
Well, rather than just showing up to the gym and doing what I feel like (which is easy to do @ 4:45am) I'm trying to have a plan so that I don't catch myself wondering what exercise to move on to next when I finish a set. I eat very healthy foods whole grains, lots of protein. I also have had problems with exercise induced hypoglycemia early in the morning. My condition makes it hard to push yourself, if you know what I mean. :cool:
