Magnesium citrate is easiest absorbed, not as much stomach acid is needed. (by the way, same for calcium citrate).

Are there any local stores that I can locate the ingredients for ZMA. By local I mean chians or the such. If not what website is the best to get them all. Also, any requirement on type of Zinc? Thanks

Zinc gluconate will be just fine. I personally just use mag citrate and chelated zinc. Chelation is simply a process that binds it to amino acids to enhance absorbtion. In other words, wrapping amino acids around any minerals that help increase the absorption.
