1) i just started taking creatine monohydrate, but i am having trouble mixing it...i put it in grape juice, water and lemonade...after stirring i tried to shake it in a container...it still settles in the bottom of the glass...how should i mix it so that it doesn't settle?
2) i am also considering hot rox...now i heard it suppresses your appetite and i'm wondering, should i continue to eat 6 small meals, or will this suppress my appetite so much that i will tend to skip meals? i haven't started this yet, just considering it..
