I just started working out on a daily basis. I have little muscle mass but because I excersize in the morning and go straight to school I can't do a POW meal. I bought muscle milk, which tastes great, and have been taking that after workouts. I am wondering if that is enough protein and calories and also when the best time to take it is and how many times a day to take it. Also, if there are any other supplements that are good for a beginner pushing to the limits, I'm all ears.
well man let me tell u something. the best thing can do is drink protein three times day. one when u wake up cause u lost proteins while u were spleeping .then after work out cause the muscles need it. and then before bed cause u lose protein while u r spleeping bye hope it works for u
