Hey all, 34 yr old male here, need to figure out a way to gain some weight, Im 6' 145lbs need to be at like 175 or so and can not find the time to eat any extra tried to increase intake of food but that didnt work at all I work out 3-4 times a week and have a nice tone to my body but i need to increase my weight and I have a calorie intake of about 1500 a day(best I can do Really) what are my options?:(

Welcome dg. The only option you have is to take in more calories. Your at a maintenance level (barely) and without upping that you're going to stay where you are. No offence but I don't see where time is a factor. Nothing keeps you from taking a shaker or two with protein powder and add water from the water cooler. That takes every bit of 30 seconds. :)If you have a fridge at work you can take shakes pre-prepared and sip on them during the day.

Mike hit it right on the head, plain and simple, you have to take in more calories. 1-2 extra meals would do it, add a PWO shake and your there. Have some cottage cheese before bed would be a start. It's not as hard as you think. Browse the specific diet and nutrition forum and learn good eating habits. Read and start eating from the "grocery list for healthy eating" in that same forum.
