To Gatormade,
I'm a senior in high school who plans on playing football for a division III football program. I have been recruited by them and i'm attedning the college this fall. There is about a 3 month period before the strength coach officialy sends his summer workout to me. So right now im stuck in limbo with less then a month to graduation and stuck without a workout to do. I was wondering If i could ask you to put together a workout for this three month period or steer me in the right direction of one, just for this three month period, here are my numbers on the four core lifts deadlift;480 Bench Press;300 Power Clean;205 Squat;405
Thank You,
Pointer

I don't design programs unless I can meet with someone and see them move. However, read the other posts in this section, take what applies to you, and apply the principles to design your own.

this is also true, especially now that I am designing programs for collegiate athletes.
