I notcied in my program my reps start hight then descend
why is this and should I change the weight or stay ?

The reason the reps decrease is because it should be getting increasingly harder for you to get them. You should be starting with a weight you can max out with for the specified # of reps. If you can do more, your not going heavy enough.

well being out of shape the max weight isnt going to be much right now
