I work out 5 to 6 days a week, my workout consists of running, resistance training, skipping and weights and I eat very healthy. I have already lost over 100lbs and I need to lose the last 10 and tone up. Does anyone have any suggestions on eating certain foods and extra exercises to move this along a little faster.

Congratulations on loosing the 100lbs, that's an incredible accomplishment. The last 10 are probably the hardest to loose. There are some great diet threads in the diet and nutrition forum that might give you some good ideas. Sounds like you've got the exercise part together, but sometimes mixing things up a bit helps. Try HIIT, different cardio routines, etc.
Good Luck and welcome to FT!

Fly's right, the last bit of weight is the hardest. That's when every aspect of your diet has got to be perfect. Browse the specific diet and nutrition forum and see if you can come across anything you may be leaving out. Best of luck to you and welcome to the site!
