HI! im a 16 year old guy...nearly 17...and i am skinny as a...something skinny...so i was wondering if anyone could post some exercises i can do in ma bedroom with just dumbells
it'd b great...i want to mostly make my back an shoulders bigger as they are V small...i have 6 pack..but i jus think thats cause im so skinny lol...but anyway...
yeah...i only have dumbells..i have 2 small ones...medium and large if that helps...
hiya - you can create an exercise program here and specify only home equipment - if you have room however you may want to invest in a bench and a barbell as you will be rather limited, although you may be able to substitute dumbbells for a barbell in many cases. With regards to getting bigger, check out the nutrition guide and use online tools ( http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm ) to work out your calorie requirement for gaining mass. After you get used to this you may want to look into what proportion protein carbs and fat you’re eating, again there is plenty of info available on this site if you do a bit of searching.
