I found this forum while googling workouts that I could do at home and I'm glad I did. I'm so excited about starting the fitness plan tomorrow. I have it all printed out and ready to go - I'm actually going to do it today as well...no better time that now!! :)
I'm a stay at home mum with 4 children. I have 30 odd kilos to lose. I have already lost almost 17kg by following the Weight Watchers program. I don't go to their meetings, I just follow it on my own.
I'm hoping that this forum is what I need to keep me going and motivated!
Hi there and Welcome to FT! You have definately come to the right place. I also started my weightloss journey on Weight Watchers. It was great to get started, but not to reach my goals. There are many things that are so important that WW just doesn't teach you. Then I found this website and it and all the wonderful people on it have given me all the support, motivation and knowledge I needed to make great changes in my life. I'm in the 8th week of my 8 week program now and so far I've lost almost 10 total inches of my body and build some nice firm lean muscle:big_smile: Best of Luck to you. YOU CAN DO IT!:big_smile:
