Well im starting to work out now every day ( 5 days a week ) after school, I can stay there for max 50 mins because its only open till then. Im 14 years old and 120 pounds and 5'6, ya im small. I have access to a chinup bar, lots of dumbells, benches, barbells, universal bench press, shoulder press, dip station and a few other cable machines. Right now im standing at
14 Chinups
36 Pushups
11 dips
Well I would mainly like to get strounger biceps, triceps, shoulders, abs and pecs. My lower body seems fine.
