I'm confused about what to eat. So, I'll ask you guys 8D
Here's what I ate today:
Breakfast: 2 egg whites, cantalope
Lunch: peanut butter + jelly sandwhich, red pepper
Dinner: mixed baked carrots/potatoes/onions + some chicken :3
Does that sound alright? It doesn't seem like it's near my nutrition plan on this site though (with protein and stuff). Could anyone set up a "day" of eating that would look like what I should eat? That would help me a ton. Thanks <3

Hi
You arent eating enough calories. You needto increase your intake of vegtables and carbs
Here is a sample diet.Instead of eating three large meals, eat five or six little meals to keep your metabolism burning.
Breakfast-4 Egg whites,2 Slices whole grain toast,1 tblsp peanut butter,3 slices tomatoe-fruit
Snack-Yogurt and fruit OR raw vegtables with low fat dip
Lunch-Mixed green salad topped with tuna, tomatoes, cukes etc
Snack-1 Ounce low fat cheese & vegtable(celery, carrots etc)
Dinner-1 Chicken Breast,1/4-1/2 cup brown rice,2 cups steamed veggies
Snack-Protein shake

I agree Mysticgraces, with the calorie increase in your diet, you need to have 5-6 small meals a day and burn more than you consume to achieve ultimate weight lose. Theirs many meal plans you can go along with like the one above or you can look into mine if you'd like. My diet meal plan consists of:
Breakfast: Protein shake (reccommend 100% whey)
Midmorning Snack: 2 egg whites w/tomato slices
Lunch: Low-fat chicken salad
Midafternoon Snack: 1/2 cup of almonds and/or tomato soup
dinner: Salmon on a bed of romaine lettuce with more veggies on side
Good luck!

Hey guys, i was looking at your diets, and my question is, how can you not be hungry? It seems like I am always hungry and can't get enough to eat. How do you do it?

I eat a small meal every 3-4 hours. It is really amazing how much food you can eat when making the right choices. Everyone at work jokes that I eat all the time but I see some people eating foods like chicken fingers at lunch. i think that they may be eating more calories in that meal then I do all day. Now about the time the 3 hr mark rolls around, I am hungry

As for artichokes question... you are not eating enough. I know that it does sound really weird and counterproductive but it is true. You have to eat (right foods only) to lose weight. Mystic is dead on with the 5-6 small meals per day. As for an eating plan, I have a hard time suggesting to someone what food to eat exactly. It seems extremely restrictive. I personally figure out the number of total calories that I want along with % of protein/carbs/fat that I am going for and fit healthy foods into that
