Ok, so I completed the 4 week home training, for some reason I thought that when I was done it would start another home program but it didn't. Is that it? I don't have access to equipment so what am I supposed to do now? I have been doing the 12 week Ab exercises as well but by itself it doesn't seem like enough.
Thanks.

ok, I actually have a bit of an update. I joined a gym now in my home town unfortunatly I will not be there until May 10th when school is up. Should I just continue with the same home exercises I was doing with additional reps or goals until I am able to get into a gym?

Nobody has responded so I decided to start the home plan over again and continue with the Ab program. It works out pretty well because I will be done with the Home program for the second time just in time for me to start on equipment.
I searched and this seems to have come up in the past but is there any way to view your previous completed programs?
Thanks

Hi there and Welcome to FT! Sometimes it takes longer than a few hours for people to find and answer your post. I do not believe that there is a way to look up your old/completed workout routines, but there is a great tool "Personal Training Log" on this website. You can use it to track your progress/diet/mood/routines. Hope that helps:)

Thanks for your reply and the welcome. Yeah, I really wasn't expecting a quick reply I was just hoping as it was Monday and thats when the program would begin. Anyway thats for that, I think I need to upgrade to Pro though to get the Personal Training Log.

You could always sign up for a new 4 week plan or whatever. Thats what I used to do, everytime my 12 week program was up I would take a week off and start over. As far as the workouts here I know a lot of people will add more if they don't feel that it is enough of a workout, just don't over do it.
