I have had the same issue, tried uploading several times recently. Even changed the file sizes, no luck.

It takes a few days to see the photo you uploaded. They just changed a few things around on this website so it could take about a week. If there's still nothing a week from now contact George (Staff member) and let him know.

It took about 10 days for my photos to be uploaded. Just be patient and they'll get around to it...

Hey everyone! I am a first time FT user, and am really enjoying all the website has to offer. However, I wanted to throw a question out there that has been really bugging me for some time now. It seems I have no problem building up muscle everywhere in my body except for my glutes. I guess I kinda have an odd body shape. I am 5'6" and 130 lbs, female, so I'm pretty small, but can't seem to get rid of the extra flab around my hips and rear. It's not much, but I really don't like it. My question is: how do I lose the flab around my rear and build up muscle without losing weight on the rest of me. I walk 30 minutes every day and am involved in strength training exercises from this website. I eat pretty well and drink ALOT of water. I'm discouraged because I've been working at this for a really long time and don't see much for results. For once I want my butt to look good in a bathing suit, as silly as it sounds. Help please!

Most will tell you to do squats and lunges. This is a subject that has been touched on by quite a few women here. Try looking in the female discussion forum for any threads with glutes in them. Good luck and welcome to FT!

I suggest stair stepper everyday for your rear...I've tried everything and I know for a fact this machine is excellent for shapping. Good Luck!:)
