We would need to know what your goals are. Also fill out your profile so we're better able to give you the correct advice:) Welcome to FT!

Eleven pounds in a month is just a touch high. Also 2-4 hours a day in the gym is just too much IMO. Looks like your eating healthy but how much? Like Manny mentioned, the profile gives the people here a little more insight, so try and fill it out completely if you get a chance.

Bottom line Mark, you want to lose 1-2 pounds a week, no more. Spending 2-4 hours a day in the gym is just too much, like I said IMO. Maybe 2 hours, and that's if you do your workout, then come back later and do 30 minutes of cardio. You should be able to get our workout in within 1-1.5 hours tops. Others may tell you different, this is just my opinion. As far as getting to 170, your moving in the right direction, keep it up. If you get to a point where your not losing, reduce your daily calories by 200-300 and see if your back to losing after a week. It's all about calorie deficit. Save the cardio for later. Once you get to a point where you can't afford to cut anymore calories from your diet, then use it as a means of a calorie deficit.
