Hello, Im new to the site and I was just wondering, what is considered a good amount of cardio? I am 20yo, 6'2, 265, I have been doing the Eliptical for about 30 minutes before I lift, do you guys think thats enough or try to do more?
Thank you

IMO I would do the lifting first. If at all possible keep the two seperated, like one in the AM and the other in the PM for instance. Or on different days all together.

Agreed with mojo...unless you are very "heavy" and your all out goal is weight loss at any cost.

Fill in your profile so that we know a little more about you and your goals. You will get more informed answers that way since the answer will be different depending on what is most important to you.
