I need some help with my diet plan while in college. I'm 5'4", 145lbs (female) and currently on the track team, so I do cardio 6 days and weights 3. I have noticed that my stomach is not as toned as it could be and need some help with a new diet plan. The only problem is that my choices are pretty restricted coming from a cafeteria which emphasizes frozen or fried foods. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what kinds of foods I should be focusing on for weight loss? Any help or tips would be appreciated! Thanks!

My college had a salad bar that was pretty extensive. I made sure to eat a lot of vegetables from that. Fried food is the devil, stay away from that at all costs if possible. We could always get plain chicken breast sandwiches everyday at lunch or dinner, those are good to eat. It is hard to eat right in college, but can definitely be done. Maybe some other have some more ideas.
