Hey everyone... well i've been reading a lot but didn't find anything...

What is the simplest/best oat breakfast? I just bought 4 packages of 2 pounds of whole plain oats and i want to know how you guys do it... do i have to cook it?do i mix it with water or milk ? can i cook it in Bulk and then freeze it and then have it ready for the entire week (you just have to defrost it and then heat it up in the microwave)
I read an interview with ryan reynolds about his body change and he said that since he didnt have a chef he cooked in bulk and freeze it so the most important meal was the one that took the less time...

also how do you make steel-cut oatmeal ?thankks

And maybe a healthy omega 3 butter. I think the brand is smart butter or something.

I just toss a 1/2 cup of them in the microwave with just enough water to cover them and cook, then eat. Takes a whole 4 minutes from contaner to table.
