Maybe push your lunch(1pm) and afternoon snack(4pm) up an hour and increase your workout to an hour.(5pm-6pm)

Your timing is pretty close to what I have to do to get around the work schedule and it works pretty good. You don't list what you're having for snacks but your profile says you're wanting to lose weight. Just keep a healthy balance and watch the carbs on your last snack of the day.

Breakfast- cerial (oatmean with strawberries and blue berries)

snacks- usually yogurt, almonds, apple, orange, some kind of fruit or vegetables and of those combinations (only 2) at snack times or some times slices of turkey or something.

So for last snack what would be good? I will usually have yogurt or something

Yogurt works fine - I like cottage cheese myself.

Thank you. I am so greatful i found this site i was following a book called the Abs diet for 4 weeks but have not lost anything. I mainly want to lose my belly fat, love handles and Man boobs. Thats where all my fat is. I do about 20 situps 2 reps, 10 pushups, obliques thats about 20 mins and then a little weight training and then basketball. Im eating very healthy i know i am. But still cant lose the fat. Maybe I am not burning alot of calories.

Any suggestions?
