should i do weighted or non-weighted crunches? it seems as though weighted seems to build more mass. is this true? if so is 4 sets of 15 good for weighted crunches?
Non-weighted will do nothing more than burn calories. Weighted will build muscle. Maybe start off doing 4 sets of 15 with a 25 pound weight plate on your chest.
