hi, i wanna know some basic info on routinely exercise at home. i have some weights, pulley ( is that the right term?), and that stationary bicycle thinggy. can anyone please give me info on how to use those properly? and i also need other workouts that can be done at home, if anyone has a link for those. and i also want some diet plan info please. my most problem part are my belly and my chin. thank you.
Go to the top of the page and click on the fitness resources tab, plebnty of exercise and their descriptions there. Also click on the fitness plan tab and you can customize a workout according to your resources and ability. As far as the diet goes, visit the specific diet and nutrition forum and browse around. When you need something clarified or just have a question, post it and someone will answer it for you. Welcome to FT and best of luck on your goals!
