I've been in good shape most my life but reality set in. Well, with medication for insomnia/depression a inactive job, long commute, I've tacked on 15+ lbs and my cholestral has sky-rocketed. Time to be serious about my need for excercise. I figure cardio first with increasing weight training. The only tough part is getting my butt up out of bed early. I hope this website will keep myself motivated with proper tools and encouragement by reading that other people are in the same boat.
