I´m new to all this stuff and i'm going to start lifting weights tomorrow so I have a question that you might help. My goal is to gain muscle mass and i tought that I was supposed to do from 4-8 reps or around that, but this site gives a working schedule and since I don´t understand much about this I was thinking on following the program, the problem is that the reps on the program are from 20-10. Are they high on the first week and on the next weeks lower and I should follow the program or should I just do lower reps?
