I work out five days a week, cardio three time a week. I want to get bigger but some gut has to go, so far I lost four inches off the waist in eight weeks and this is what I eat. meal 1: bagel/1 slice of cheese,24g of whey protein in water 1 glass of milk meal 2: 1 whole egg,2 egg whites meal 3: 1 cup of chunky soup with a can of tuna meal 4: 1 cup of rice,1 banana,50g of whey protein in water (post workout) meal 5: 2 chicken breast, 1 tossed salad no dressing meal 6: small cherios snack, 1 apple How does this diet look, any change suggestion would be appreciated. sean......
