What else are you eating? 99% of hardgainers that cannot gain weight simply are not taking in enough calories.-------------- Less Talk, More Chalk! The Men and Boys are Separated by one thing: The Squat Cage! 7707mutt@freetrainers.com |

That site doesn't list the nutritional breakdown for that product or if it does, I couldn't find it.-------------- Mike in Pensacola Now. |

Between the 4 drinks, your taking in 3000 calories and IMO that is no where near the same as 3000 calories of whole food. Besides that your not taking in too much more IN whole food. I would say you need to be eating way more whole food and stop relying on this weight gainer so much. That's just for starters.-------------- She sits and wonders why.....no more. |

Derrr, my math is a little off today, between the 4 drinks your taking in 6000 calories which still IMO don't match up to whole food. I would still drop the weight gainer for whole food.-------------- She sits and wonders why.....no more. |

simon, what's up bro? Im a hardgainer myself and have to agree with everyone else.. It's simple your not eating enough whole food's. If you want to add a weight gainer then thats OK!! I would limit it to 1 or 2 shakes a day. I prefer Cytogainer by cytosport or Nlarge 2 by prolab.
I use to say the same thing, that I could never put on weight.. I have went from 135lbs to 185lbs and ready to up my cals and protien to reach a solid 200 mark. If I can doit I know you can as well. It may take some time but it can happen. If your looking for more mass its simple. Eat big, lift big, and get your rest.. |

What are your goals, and what are you currently eating. How do you know that you need 1500 calories per day and not more/less?
