My goal is more mass. So I drink protein drinks/shakes after a workout. I've heard that you have a small window after a workout you should be taking it in. If I have like a 45 minute cardio after a workout should I wait until after the cardio or take it after the lifting? How long after? Thakx
I would still have 1/2 post workout and drink the other 1/2 slowly while doing the cardio. My opinion stands on keeping them seperated though(workout and cardio). But I have seen people talking about it not being a problem to do them back to back.
